From El Yunque National Forest, head out of the park and take PR-191 North toward Rio Grande. Continue on PR-191 until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Turn left onto PR-3 South and follow this road for about 20 minutes. As you approach Carolina, look for the signs directing you to El Alambique Beach. Turn onto Av. Los Corales, and follow it until you reach the beach parking area. Note that parking may incur a fee, so have cash available.

From El Yunque National Forest, you can take a public bus (known as 'guagua') to Rio Grande. Catch the bus at the nearest bus stop along PR-191.
