To reach Zipline Tours via public transportation, you can take the 'T5' bus from Old San Juan. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and ride towards Carolina. Get off at the Isla Verde bus stop. From there, walk east along Av. Isla Verde for about 10 minutes until you reach 5984 Av. Isla Verde. The Zipline Tours will be on your right.
