If you are starting from the Fajardo Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and head east on Route 3. Walk along the sidewalk for about 15 minutes, passing by various shops and local eateries. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 987. Turn left onto Route 987 and keep walking for about 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to Marina Puerto Del Rey on your right. Once inside the marina, follow the signs to East Island Excursions.

From your accommodation in Fajardo, find the nearest bus stop for the public 'Guagua' (local bus). Take the bus heading towards Ceiba. After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop near Marina Puerto Del Rey. Once you disembark, walk towards the marina entrance, and follow the signs to East Island Excursions, which is located inside the marina.
