From Guánica Dry Forest Reserve, head northwest on PR-116. Continue on PR-116 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Take a left onto PR-2 and drive for about 2 miles. Look for the signs indicating Sabana Grande/PR-121. Turn right onto PR-121, and follow this road for about 4 miles until you reach the entrance to Bosque Estatal de Susúa State Forest. Note that there may be a small entrance fee, so be prepared with cash.

From Guánica Dry Forest Reserve, take a local bus or guagua (public transportation van) heading towards Sabana Grande. Confirm with the driver that they stop at PR-121, as this is the road leading to Bosque Estatal de Susúa State Forest.
