If you are in Luquillo, start by heading towards the main road, PR-3. Follow the road south towards Fajardo. Look for the bus stop closest to the beach area where you'll find public buses that head to San Juan. Take the bus number D53, which will take you directly to San Juan. Once you arrive in San Juan, get off at the bus stop near Plaza de Armas. From there, head northwest on Calle de San Juan until you reach Calle de San Sebastián. Casa Blanca will be on your right at 1 C. de San Sebastián.

From Luquillo, walk to the nearest bus stop on PR-3 and take the D53 public bus heading towards San Juan. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Make sure to have exact change for the fare. Once you arrive in San Juan, get off at the stop closest to Plaza de Armas. Walk northwest along Calle de San Juan, then turn right onto Calle de San Sebastián. Casa Blanca is located at 1 C. de San Sebastián.
