From your current location in Luquillo, head towards the nearest main road, Route 3. Walk along Route 3 until you reach the bus stop for 'Caribbean Bus.' Board the bus heading towards San Juan. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the stop near Plaza de Armas in Old San Juan. Once you get off, head towards Calle Norzagaray, which is a short walk away. Continue walking straight until you reach the Cuartel de Ballajá, located at Calle Norzagaray, San Juan, 00901.

From Luquillo, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 3 for the 'Caribbean Bus.' Purchase a ticket to San Juan, which should cost around $2.50.
