Walking
If you are in the Luquillo area, head towards the Luquillo Beach. From the beach, walk towards the main road (PR-3) and follow it northwest. You will reach a bus stop where you can catch a public bus (Caribbean Bus #1) heading to San Juan. Get off at the stop near Plaza de Armas in Old San Juan. From there, walk towards C. de San Sebastián, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will see El Bastión on your right.

From Luquillo, find the nearest bus stop on PR-3, and take the public bus (Caribbean Bus #1) towards San Juan. Enjoy the scenic ride, and disembark at the Plaza de Armas stop in Old San Juan. Once there, navigate towards C. de San Sebastián, which is a short 10-minute walk. El Bastión will be on your right side.
