If you are in the center of Luquillo, begin by heading southwest on PR-3 (Carretera 3) towards the bus terminal. Once you reach the bus terminal, look for a public bus or a 'guagua' that heads towards San Juan. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Make sure to inform the driver you want to get off at Old San Juan. After arriving in Old San Juan, head towards Calle Tetuán. Parque de las Palomas is located at FV7J+HWR, C. Tetuán, which is a short walk from the bus drop-off point. Simply walk up Calle Tetuán, and you will see the entrance to the park on your left.

From your location in Luquillo, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch a public bus that goes to San Juan. The bus should display 'San Juan' or 'Old San Juan' on its front. The ride will last around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Old San Juan, disembark at the bus terminal. From there, walk north towards Calle Tetuán. The park is located at FV7J+HWR, C. Tetuán, just a few blocks away. Follow the street signs or ask locals for directions to Parque de las Palomas.
