From the central plaza in Manatí, head east on Calle José de Diego. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Cross the road and follow the signs towards San Juan. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will see a bus stop where you can catch a public bus heading to San Juan.

Once you are at the bus stop, take the 'A5' route bus towards San Juan. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to go to 'Laguna del Condado.' Get off at the stop closest to the lagoon, which will be indicated by the driver. From there, walk for about 5 minutes towards the lagoon, following the signs.
