From the central area of Manatí, head southeast towards the main road, PR-2. Walk along the sidewalks and keep an eye out for public transport signs. Once you reach PR-2, look for a bus stop that serves the San Juan route. Board a bus heading towards San Juan and inform the driver that you want to get off near San Juan Antiguo. Once you arrive in San Juan, follow signs to the Old San Juan area.

Once you arrive in San Juan, disembark at the nearest stop to the Old San Juan area.
