From the center of Manatí, head east on Calle San José towards Calle Degetau. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida José de Diego. Turn left and walk along this avenue for about 1.5 miles. As you approach the Río Grande de Manatí, you will notice a small path leading down towards the river on your right. Follow this path to reach the water's edge.
