From the Port of San Juan, head west on PR-1 (Avenida Ponce de León). Merge onto PR-26 (Avenida José de Diego) toward Bayamón. After about 5 miles, take the exit for PR-870 toward Toa Baja. Continue on PR-870 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the coordinates FV87+HC5 in Palo Seco. The fort is located near the water's edge, and there is limited parking available nearby.
