There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to find a spot and walk a short distance to the park.

For public transportation, you can take the bus route T5 from the San Juan Bus Terminal. Board the bus towards Santurce and get off at the stop near Calle de la Cruz. From there, walk southeast on Calle de la Cruz until you reach FV9H+4RV, which is the location of Jardín Paseo de Ballajá. The bus fare is approximately $0.75.

If you're already in Old San Juan, you can walk to Jardín Paseo de Ballajá. From Plaza de Armas, head east along Calle San Francisco, then turn onto Calle de la Cruz.
