Meeting spot was easy to find. Captain was very friendly. He made the trip entertaining. We were able to get in the water. It was a dark night except the baseball field was putting off a lot of light. It was still amazing to be able to get in and swim.

Very cool experience

This was such a cool experience. Steven, our guide for the day, was awesome. He made the long transport drive interesting by sharing facts about certain areas of Puerto Rico as we drove through. He was a very patient with my 6 year old son. On the way, he even stopped at a produce stand and bought everyone a bag of fresh pineapple so we could taste it. The captain of the boat was also awesome and knowledgeable. The biobay was incredible - you have to try it to really understand. It’s like floating in a galaxy of stars. It was almost a new moon so the sky was even darker than usual and we were the only boat in the bay- a very private experience. The water was surprisingly warm at night. The only reason to knock a star off had nothing to do with our guides but rather the hot springs were closed the day of our tour. We booked for thanksgiving day and it allowed us to do so without any prompts that this may be the case. For the price of the tour, I wanted the whole experience as we also wanted to see what the hot springs were like and we would have booked a different day if this was clear on the booking page. Steven made the best of it and we had extra time at the sandbar. I know it wasn’t his fault but the company for not making it clear that holidays the hot springs are closed.
