Start at the Rincon town center. Head northeast on Calle José de Diego towards Carretera 115. Once you reach Carretera 115, turn left (north) and walk until you reach the intersection with Carretera 413. Turn right onto Carretera 413. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Sandy Beach East will be on your left side, near Km4 Hm 7 Carretera 413 Ramal.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Rincon plaza. Head north on Calle José de Diego until you reach Carretera 115. Turn left onto Carretera 115 and continue until you come to the intersection with Carretera 413. Turn right onto Carretera 413. It’s a scenic ride of approximately 1.5 kilometers along the coast. Sandy Beach East will be on your left at Km4 Hm 7 Carretera 413 Ramal.
