From your accommodation in Vieques, walk to the nearest bus stop. Look for the public bus heading to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Buses run regularly, so check the schedule posted at the stop. Once you arrive at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Fajardo. After your ferry ride, you will need to take a bus or taxi to Río Grande. If you choose the bus, find the stop for buses going to Río Grande, and board the one that stops closest to your destination. Alight at PR-191, and look for the Torre Yokahú sign; it's an observation deck located nearby.
