If you are staying in Isabel Segunda, head east on Calle Flamboyan toward Calle San Jorge. Turn left onto Calle San Jorge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-200. Cross PR-200 carefully, and continue straight onto Calle Mamey. Follow Calle Mamey until you reach the junction with PR-201. Turn right onto PR-201 and walk for about 1.5 miles until you see the sign for Colon Horseback Riding on your left.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Isabel Segunda. Start by riding east on Calle Flamboyan toward Calle San Jorge. Turn left onto Calle San Jorge, and continue straight until you reach PR-200. Carefully cross PR-200 to continue onto Calle Mamey. Follow Calle Mamey until you reach PR-201. Turn right onto PR-201 and pedal approximately 1.5 miles. Colon Horseback Riding will be on your left side.
