Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are staying in Isabel Segunda, start by heading south on Calle J. A. Borrás toward Calle Flamboyán. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-200. Turn left onto PR-200 and walk for about 1.5 miles until you reach the junction with PR-997. From there, turn right onto PR-997 and continue walking for another 1.2 miles. You will see the entrance to Vieques National Wildlife Refuge on your left. Look for the sign that indicates the entrance.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Isabel Segunda. Start your ride heading south on Calle J. A. Borrás until you reach PR-200. Turn left onto PR-200 and cycle for approximately 1.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with PR-997, turn right onto PR-997. Continue cycling for about 1.2 miles, and you will find the entrance to Vieques National Wildlife Refuge on your left. Keep an eye out for the sign indicating the entrance.
