Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Al Shamal, head north on Al Zubara Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Al Zubara Road. Turn right onto Al Zubara Road and follow it for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs directing you towards Zubarah Town ruins. As you approach, the ruins will be on your left, just off the road. It should take approximately 40 minutes to walk there.

  • Bicycle

    From Al Shamal, rent a bicycle from one of the local rentals. Start your journey by cycling north on Al Zubara Street. After about 1 kilometer, turn right onto Al Zubara Road. Continue cycling for approximately 3 kilometers. The Zubarah Town ruins will be on your left. The bike ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.

  • Public Transport

    If you prefer public transport, you can take a local bus from Al Shamal Town Square. Look for the bus heading towards Al Zubara, which runs every hour. Once you board, inform the driver you want to get off at Zubarah Town. The journey will take about 30 minutes.
