Ferry and Walking
To reach Mansion Beach in New Shoreham, you will first need to make your way to the Block Island Ferry terminal located at 20 State Street in Narragansett, RI. You can take a RIPTA bus from East Greenwich to Narragansett. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, buy your ticket for the ferry to Block Island. The ferry ride takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Upon arriving at the Block Island Ferry terminal, exit the ferry and walk towards the main road (Water Street). Turn left onto Water Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ocean Avenue. Turn right onto Ocean Avenue and follow it until you see signs for Mansion Road. Turn left onto Mansion Road, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Mansion Beach.
Bus and Walking
From East Greenwich, you can take RIPTA bus number 14 towards the Warwick Mall. Get off at the Warwick Mall, and then transfer to bus number 67 towards Wickford Junction. Get off at the Wickford Junction station and then catch the ferry to Block Island. After arriving at Block Island, follow the same walking directions as above from the ferry terminal to Mansion Beach.
