If you are driving from Narragansett Beach, head north on Ocean Road (RI-1A) toward Scarborough Beach. Continue on RI-1A for about 8 miles. Merge onto RI-138 W and follow signs for Newport. After about 5 miles, take the exit for US-1 N toward Newport. Continue on US-1 N, and then take the exit for RI-238 S toward Newport. Follow the signs to Newport and merge onto Bellevue Ave. Continue straight onto Touro Park St W. Touro Park will be on your right at 5 Touro Park St W.

To reach Touro Park using public transport, start at the Narragansett Beach bus stop. Take the RIPTA bus #14 towards Newport. The bus will take you directly to Newport, which takes about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Newport, get off at the stop near the intersection of Broadway and Bellevue Ave. From there, walk east on Bellevue Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach Touro Park St W. Turn left onto Touro Park St W and Touro Park will be on your right.
