If you are in the center of Narragansett, start by heading north on Ocean Road towards Narragansett Town Beach. From there, turn right onto the Narragansett Pier and continue straight until you reach the bus stop for the RIPTA bus service at 15 Pier Market Place. Take the RIPTA Route 14 bus towards Newport. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the stop near the intersection of Washington Square and Touro Street in Newport. From there, walk west on Touro Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the Newport Windmill Tower at 5 Touro Park St W.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Narragansett. Start your ride heading towards Ocean Road and follow it north until you reach the intersection with Route 1A. Continue on Route 1A following signs to Newport. Upon arriving in Newport, navigate to Touro Park by heading to the intersection of Touro Street and Washington Square. The Newport Windmill Tower will be visible within Touro Park. Lock your bike at one of the bike racks available in the park.
