If you're in Pawtucket, you can take the RIPTA bus #60 from the Kennedy Plaza station in downtown Providence. Board the bus heading towards Newport and enjoy the scenic ride. Get off at the 'Touro Park' stop, which is close to 5 Touro Park St W. From the bus stop, walk a short distance north on Touro Street, and you will find the Newport Windmill Tower on your left in Touro Park.

If you are near the Pawtucket River in downtown Pawtucket, head south towards Main Street. Walk along Main Street until you reach the intersection with Exchange Street. Turn right onto Exchange Street, and continue walking straight until you reach the bus station. From there, you can catch the RIPTA bus #60 as described above. If you prefer walking all the way, it’s a long distance of about 12 miles, so it’s recommended to take public transportation.
