If you are traveling by car, start from downtown Providence. Head southeast on I-95 S toward New York. Take exit 18 for I-195 E toward Cape Cod. Continue on I-195 E for about 8 miles. Take exit 7 for US-6 E toward Barrington. Merge onto US-6 E and then take a right onto Nayatt Rd. Follow Nayatt Rd for approximately 2 miles. The Nayatt Point Lighthouse will be on your right, located at Nayatt Rd, Barrington, RI 02806. There is no parking lot at the lighthouse, but you can park along the road while visiting.

Public Transportation
To reach Nayatt Point Lighthouse via public transportation, start by taking the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus. From downtown Providence, take the bus number 60 toward Barrington. The bus will take you to Barrington Center. Once you arrive at Barrington Center, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to the lighthouse. Head southeast on County Rd, then turn left onto Nayatt Rd. Continue on Nayatt Rd for about 0.5 miles until you reach the lighthouse. Note that the bus fare is $2.00 for a single ride.
