To get to Kingscote at 253 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI from downtown Providence, start by walking to the Kennedy Plaza bus terminal. Look for the RIPTA bus that goes to Newport, typically the 60 or 64 route. Buy a ticket from the kiosk or from the driver. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Newport, disembark at the last stop at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus (the 67 line) toward Bellevue Avenue. If walking, head east on America’s Cup Avenue, then turn left onto Bellevue Avenue. Kingscote will be on your left at 253 Bellevue Ave.

Begin your journey at the Providence Amtrak Station. Board an Amtrak train heading towards Boston and get off at the Kingston station. From Kingston, transfer to the RIPTA bus (Route 66) heading to Newport. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, either transfer to a local bus (Route 67) or walk to Bellevue Avenue. If walking, head east on America’s Cup Avenue, then turn left onto Bellevue Avenue.
