Getting There

Bus
From Providence, take the RIPTA bus number 60 towards Newport. The bus will take you directly to Newport, which is approximately a 1-hour journey. Once you arrive at the Newport Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the intersection of America’s Cup Avenue and Thames Street. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus to Touro Park.

Train and Bus
Take the Amtrak train from Providence to the Kingston station. From Kingston, transfer to a RIPTA bus (number 14) heading towards Newport. After about 30 minutes on the bus, get off at the Newport Bus Terminal. From there, walk towards America’s Cup Avenue and Thames Street and either walk or catch a local bus to Touro Park.

Bike
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike in Providence and follow the East Bay Bike Path towards Bristol. Continue until you reach the ferry terminal in Bristol. From there, take the ferry to Newport. Once in Newport, bike to Touro Park, which is located at 5 Touro Park St W, Newport, RI 02840.

If you are in Newport already, you can easily walk to Touro Park. Start at the Newport Harbor and head west on America’s Cup Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Thames Street, then turn left. Follow Thames Street until you reach Spring Street. Turn right onto Spring Street and Touro Park will be on your left. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the harbor.
