Bus
From your location in Warwick, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the RIPTA Route 14 (Warwick to Newport). Make sure to check the bus schedule, as buses may run every 30 minutes. Ride the bus until you reach the Newport Gateway Center. From there, transfer to the Route 67 bus towards Fort Adams. Get off at the stop near Fort Adams and walk towards Luce Ave. The Naval War College Museum will be on your left.
