You will be dropped off at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, exit the bus and walk towards America’s Cup Avenue. Follow the signs to the waterfront and look for the ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Rose Island. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes, and it will drop you off directly at Rose Island Lighthouse.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in Warwick. Start at the Warwick City Park and follow the bike path along the waterfront towards Newport. The bike path will lead you to the Newport Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue into Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Lock your bike at the terminal and purchase a ferry ticket to Rose Island. The ferry will take you directly to the lighthouse.
