Walking
Start at the intersection of Main St and Post Rd in Warwick. Head southwest on Main St toward the Warwick Public Library. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Route 117. Turn left onto Route 117 and continue for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass the Warwick Mall on your left. After passing the mall, Route 117 will become Main St in West Warwick. Stay on Main St until you reach the intersection with Perry St. Turn right onto Perry St. Walk to the end of Perry St, where you will find the Rufus Wakefield gravesite located behind the last house at the end of the street.

From the Warwick Bus Terminal, take the RIPTA bus #14 (West Warwick). The bus departs frequently. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Main St and Perry St in West Warwick. Once you get off the bus, walk down Perry St toward the end of the street. The gravesite of Rufus Wakefield is located behind the last house at the end of Perry St.
