Start at the intersection of Main St and Post Rd in Warwick. Head southwest on Main St toward the Warwick Public Library. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Route 117. Turn left onto Route 117 and continue for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass the Warwick Mall on your left. After passing the mall, Route 117 will become Main St in West Warwick. Stay on Main St until you reach the intersection with Perry St. Turn right onto Perry St. Walk to the end of Perry St, where you will find the Rufus Wakefield gravesite located behind the last house at the end of the street.
