Once in Jamestown, take the exit toward North Main Road/RI-138E. Continue on RI-138E, then take a left onto Windmill Hill Road. Follow Windmill Hill Road until you reach the Windmill Hill Historic District, located at approximately 41.5156° N, -71.3741° W. Parking is available nearby, and admission is free, though donations are appreciated.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the RIPTA bus route 14 from your nearest bus stop in Washington County to the Jamestown area. Check the RIPTA schedule for the exact times. Once you arrive in Jamestown, you will need to transfer to bus route 62, which goes towards North Main Road. Get off at the stop closest to Windmill Hill Road. From there, it is a short walk to the Windmill Hill Historic District, located at 41.5156° N, -71.3741° W. Note that public transport may take longer and be subject to scheduling.
