    From the center of Westerly, head east on High Street toward the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Canal Street. Turn right onto Canal Street and proceed to the end, where you will find the train station. Take a train to Newport, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Newport, exit the train station and head east on America’s Cup Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Washington Street, then turn left. The Hunter House will be on your right at 54 Washington St.

    From the center of Westerly, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the R.I. Public Transit bus (Route 68) toward Newport. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Newport, disembark at the nearest stop to Washington Street. From there, walk east along America’s Cup Avenue until you reach Washington Street. Turn left on Washington Street, and you will find the Hunter House at 54 Washington St on your right.
