Walking
Start from the central train station (Gara Arad). Exit the station and head east on Bulevardul Revoluției. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Calea Aurel Vlaicu. Turn left onto Calea Aurel Vlaicu and walk about 300 meters. You will see the City Hall Square (Primărie) on your right. The square is recognizable by its large administrative building.

If you are near Bulevardul Revoluției, take bus number 2 or number 4 from the nearest bus stop. Ride the bus for about 5 stops and get off at the 'Primărie' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance (about 100 meters) to reach Arad City Hall Square, which will be directly in front of you.

If you are at the Arad Fortress, exit the fortress and head southwest towards Calea Victoriei. Walk along Calea Victoriei for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Revoluției. Turn left onto Bulevardul Revoluției and walk straight until you reach City Hall Square (Primărie), which will be on your right.
