    If you're in the center of Arad, head east on Bulevardul Revoluției towards Strada Horia. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Strada Cloșca. At this intersection, turn left onto Strada Cloșca and walk for another 200 meters. You will see Herman Gyula Palace on your right at Bulevardul Revoluției 96.
