From the Arad Central Bus Station, take bus number 10 towards 'Baza Sportiva'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop named 'Vasile Milea'. Once you get off, walk back for about 3 minutes on Bulevardul Vasile Milea, and you will see Parcul Eminescu on your left at Bulevardul Vasile Milea 1.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the central area of Arad. Start on Bulevardul Revolutiei heading east, and then take the bike lanes on Bulevardul Vasile Milea. It's a straight ride of about 15 minutes, and you will find Parcul Eminescu on your right at Bulevardul Vasile Milea 1.
