Walking
If you are starting from the Arad City Center (Piata Avram Iancu), head north on Bdul. Revolutiei towards Strada Nicolae Titulescu. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Strada Nicolae Titulescu and continue until you reach the intersection with Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn right onto Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 and walk for about 500 meters until you reach Piața Plevnei. The Padlock House will be on your left, marked by its distinctive architecture.

From the Arad Train Station, take Bus No. 21 towards 'Banu Manta'. Get off at the stop 'Plevnei' after approximately 10 minutes. When you exit the bus, walk straight towards Piața Plevnei. The Padlock House is located on the square, just a few steps away from the bus stop on your right.
