Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Baia Mare train station, exit the station and head south on Strada Gării for about 700 meters. At the first major intersection, turn left onto Strada Mihai Eminescu. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Strada Turnului. Turn right onto Strada Turnului, and you will arrive at Centrul vechi, located at the end of the street.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Baia Mare bus station, take bus number 6 towards 'Satu Nou' and get off at the 'Mihai Eminescu' stop after 5 stops. From there, walk straight down Strada Mihai Eminescu until you reach the intersection with Strada Turnului. Turn right onto Strada Turnului and walk for about 200 meters. Centrul vechi will be on your right.

  • Walking from Central Park

    If you are at Central Park (Parcul Central), exit the park heading towards the main road, Strada 1 Mai. Cross the road and continue walking straight down Strada 1 Mai for about 800 meters. When you reach the intersection with Strada Turnului, turn left. Walk along Strada Turnului for about 300 meters until you reach Centrul vechi, which will be on your left.

  • Walking from the City Center

    If you are near the City Hall in Baia Mare, head south on Strada Vasile Alecsandri towards Strada 1 Mai. Upon reaching Strada 1 Mai, turn right and walk straight for about 600 meters. When you reach the intersection with Strada Turnului, turn left. Centrul vechi is located at the end of Strada Turnului.
