Car

If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major town, which is Beiuș. Head southeast on DN76 for approximately 14 km until you reach the village of Zgurăști. From here, take the local road that leads to the Zgurăști Cave. Follow the signs for the cave, which is about 3 km from the village center. Parking is available near the cave entrance, but it is advised to arrive early during peak tourist season.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Oradea to Beiuș, which operates multiple times a day. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once in Beiuș, you can catch a local taxi or look for a minibus service that goes to Zgurăști. Make sure to confirm the drop-off point as it may vary. Expect to pay around 10-15 RON for the taxi or minibus fare. From the drop-off point, follow the walking path signs to Zgurăști Cave, which is about a 30-minute walk.

Hiking
