Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Oradea, the largest city in Bihor. Head southeast on DN76 towards Beius. After approximately 30 km, turn right onto DC190, following signs for Stracos Cave. Continue on DC190 for about 10 km. The cave entrance will be on your right. There is a small parking area near the cave.
Public Transportation
To reach Stracos Cave via public transportation, take a bus from Oradea to Beius. Buses leave regularly from the Oradea bus station. The journey takes around 1 hour, and you will need to pay a fare of approximately 15 RON. Once in Beius, you can either take a taxi directly to Stracos Cave (which is about 10 km away, costing around 30-40 RON) or look for a local bus heading towards the DC190 road.
Walking
If you find yourself near the cave and want to hike, there are trails leading to Stracos Cave from nearby villages. Accessing these trails typically requires reaching the DC190 road first, and it is advisable to have a local map or GPS to navigate the paths, as they might not be well-marked.
