If you’re starting from the central square, Piața Sfatului, head east on Strada Michael Weiss. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Republicii. Turn left onto Strada Republicii and walk straight until you reach Piața Unirii. From there, take the first right onto Aleea Tiberiu Brediceanu. Walk along this alley, and you will see Bastionul Tăbăcarilor on your left.
