Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main square of Brașov, Piața Sfatului, head towards the southern end of the square. You will see the iconic Black Church to your left. Walk straight down the street that runs along the southern edge of the square called Strada Republicii. Continue walking for approximately 5 minutes. You will arrive at Piața Sfatului 25, where the House of Mureșenilor is located. The museum will be on your right side, with a distinct entrance marked by a sign.

    While within the Centrul Vechi area, it's generally more convenient to walk to the House of Mureșenilor. However, if you are coming from further away, you can take a public bus to the nearby stops such as 'Teatrul Dramatic' or 'Piața Unirii'. The bus fare is usually around 2.5 RON. From either bus stop, you can follow the directions above to reach the House of Mureșenilor.
