After exiting the station, head towards the exit that leads to Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu. Once you are on the boulevard, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the Ion Luca Caragiale Monument, which will be on your right.

Look for a bus stop with the following lines: 126, 168, or 178. Board a bus that is heading towards the city center. Get off at the 'Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu' stop. From there, walk along Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu for approximately 3 minutes, and you will find the Ion Luca Caragiale Monument on your left.

If you are already in the city center, you can walk to the Ion Luca Caragiale Monument. Start from the University of Bucharest and head north towards the Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. The monument will be located on your right side, near the intersection with Strada Biserica Amzei.
