From Piata Victoriei, head east on Calea Victoriei towards Bulevardul Aviatorilor. After approximately 5-10 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Bulevardul Kiseleff. Turn left onto Bulevardul Kiseleff. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes. Kiseleff Park will be on your right. The total distance is around 1.5 kilometers, which takes about 20-25 minutes on foot.

From Piata Victoriei, you can take bus number 331 from the bus stop located at 'Piata Victoriei' (the bus stop is near the corner of Calea Victoriei and Bulevardul Aviatorilor). Board the bus heading towards 'Bdul Kiseleff' and ride for 2 stops. Get off at the 'Kiseleff' stop. The park is just a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 5 minutes.
