If you're driving, head towards Poiana Stampei. From Suceava, take DN17 towards Câmpulung Moldovenesc. After approximately 50 km, turn left onto DJ175 towards Poiana Stampei. Follow the signs for Poiana Stampei, and once you reach the village, continue driving until you see signs for Tinovul Mare. There is parking available nearby the entrance, but be prepared for a short walk to the main area.

To reach Tinovul Mare by public transportation, you can take a bus from Suceava to Câmpulung Moldovenesc. Buses run frequently, and the ride takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Câmpulung Moldovenesc, transfer to a local bus or taxi heading to Poiana Stampei. Local buses may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. The taxi ride from Câmpulung Moldovenesc to Poiana Stampei should cost around 30-50 RON.
