Getting There

    From Buzău city center, head northwest on Calea Eroilor towards Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Continue on Calea Eroilor until you reach the intersection with DJ203. Turn left onto DJ203 and follow the signs towards Mânzălești. After approximately 15 km, take the right turn onto DJ204M. The White Mound of Grunj will be located on your right after about 10 km. Parking is available near the site.

    Start at the Buzău bus station (Autogara Buzău). Look for buses heading towards Mânzălești. The bus ride should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Mânzălești, you can either walk or take a taxi to DJ204M, which is about 5 km away. Make sure to confirm the bus schedule as it may vary. A one-way bus ticket costs approximately 6-10 RON.
