Car
From any point in Ceahlau National Park, head towards Târgu Neamț. Follow the signs directing you to Târgu Neamț on the DN15 road. As you approach the town, continue on DN15 until you reach the intersection with Strada Cetăţii. Turn onto Strada Cetăţii and follow it for about 1 kilometer. The Neamț Citadel will be located on your left, easily recognizable by its historic structure.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Ceahlau National Park to Târgu Neamț. Buses run regularly from various points in the park. Once you arrive at the Târgu Neamț bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road. From there, walk or take a local taxi to Strada Cetăţii. The Neamț Citadel is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station; just follow Strada Cetăţii, and you will see the citadel ahead.
