Walking
If you are starting from the city center, head towards the main square, Piata Unirii. From there, take the street called Bulevardul Eroilor heading northwest. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Memorandumului. Turn left onto Strada Memorandumului. Keep walking until you reach the roundabout at the end of the street, then take the second exit onto Bulevardul 21 Decembrie 1989. Continue on this boulevard until you see the sign for Strada Vânătorului. Turn right onto Strada Vânătorului, and you will find City View at the end of this street.
Public Transport
From the city center, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piata Unirii. Take bus number 24 or 26 towards the Cluj Arena. Get off at the stop called 'Calea Turzii.' From there, follow Calea Turzii northeast until you reach the intersection with Strada Vânătorului. Turn left onto Strada Vânătorului, and walk straight until you reach City View, which is located further down the street.
