From the city center (Piața Unirii), head towards the north on Strada Eroilor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Republicii. Turn left onto Strada Republicii. Walk for about 10 minutes; the Alexandru Borza Botanical Garden will be on your right at Str. Republicii 42.

From Piața Unirii, take bus number 24 or 48 from the nearby bus station (Autogara Fany). Get off at the 'Botanica' stop. Walk back a few meters on Strada Republicii; the garden entrance will be on your left at Str. Republicii 42.
