Once you reach the intersection near the 'Tomis' Shopping Center, continue straight and follow the signs for 'Centrul Istoric'. Look for 'Bulevardul Mamaia' and turn onto it. Continue along Bulevardul Mamaia, and you will see Mihai Eminescu's Statue located in the park area near the beach. There is public parking available nearby, but be prepared to pay a parking fee ranging from 5 to 10 RON per hour depending on the location.

To reach Mihai Eminescu's Statue using public transportation, find the nearest bus stop and take bus line 40 or 44. Both lines connect Mamaia to Constanta city center. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Centrul Istoric' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk: head towards the coast along Bulevardul Mamaia. As you approach the beach, you will find the statue in the nearby park area. Tickets for the bus cost about 2.5 RON and can be purchased at kiosks or from the driver.

The statue is situated in a park, making it an enjoyable walk along the coast. Depending on your starting point, it should take around 15-20 minutes to reach the statue on foot.
