If you are driving, start from the city center of Constanța. Head southeast on Bulevardul Alexandru Lăpușneanu towards Strada Răscoalei din 1907. Continue straight for about 1.5 km, passing by various shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Tomis, turn left. Continue on Bulevardul Tomis for approximately 2 km until you reach the port area. Look for signs to the Touristic Port, where you can find parking available near the entrance.

To reach the Touristic Port using public transport, you can take bus line 40 from the city center. Board the bus at the stop named 'Bulevardul Ferdinand' and ride for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Portul Turistic.' From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk straight towards the marina area where the port is located. Look for the large sign indicating the Touristic Port.

If you are close to the city center and prefer to walk, head towards the waterfront along Bulevardul Tomis. Walk past the Casino building and continue straight for about 1.5 km.
