If you are starting from the Constanța City Center, walk towards the Constanța Casino. From the casino, head southeast along the coastline on the promenade (Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta). Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Tomis. Turn left onto Bulevardul Tomis and walk straight for another 5 minutes.
